These General Conditions of Sale (GCV) govern the relationship between Rent Fastly and its customers regarding the rental of vehicles. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Rental Agreement

• The rental agreement is valid for the period specified during the booking.

• The minimum rental duration is 3 days.

• The rental period begins when the vehicle is collected and ends when it is returned.

3. Booking and Payment

• Reservations can be made through our website.

• Payment is due at the time of vehicle collection and can be made in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). PayPal will be available soon.

• Prices include basic insurance coverage.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental date are free of charge.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental date may incur a fee equivalent to one day's rental rate.

5. Vehicle Collection and Return

• Vehicles can be collected and returned at Agadir city or Agadir Airport.

• Late returns may be subject to additional charges.

• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when it was collected.

6. Driver Requirements

• The primary driver must be at least 21 years old.

• The driver must hold a valid driver’s license for at least one year.

• A passport or national ID must be presented at the time of vehicle collection.

7. Insurance

• All vehicles include basic insurance coverage.

• Customers can opt for premium insurance for additional protection and to reduce financial liability in the event of damage.

8. Additional Drivers

• Additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement for an extra fee.

• Each additional driver must meet the same requirements as the primary driver.

9. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for the vehicle's proper use and care.

• Customers must comply with local traffic laws and regulations.

• Customers will be liable for any damages resulting from negligence or misuse.

10. Fuel Policy

• Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank.

• If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, a refueling charge will apply.

11. Liability

• Rent Fastly is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.

• Rent Fastly cannot be held liable for delays, accidents, or damages beyond its control.

12. Modifications

• Any modifications to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

13. Governing Law

• These General Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of Morocco.

• Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Agadir.
